Make Auto Hide Menu (Spoiller)

How to make auto-hide menu is the menu that we known as a spoiler is useful to store, hide the gadgets or widgets that feel too prominent and make our blog look neat, so, spoiler will only appear if the mouse is clicked and hide when clicked again.
